Bay of Biscay

I love the sea.  There's something quite magical about it.  And I love going on holiday by boat.  I still get the same sense of excitement when I drive onto a ferry as I did the very first time, some 50 years ago.  

Back then I and a group of mates took an old van across the English Channel from Southampton to Cherbourg and then drove all night to a campsite in Spain.  How we organised it without the aid of the internet I have no idea.

Now Anniemay and I are on a ferry heading for Spain but this time in a little more comfort.
