'Vile de Lyon'

Spotted this beautiful clematis in Newlands Park.

After a visit to the dentist this morning L and I thought we would have coffee in the Dandelion Cafe in Newlands Park only to discover that it wasn't opening till lunch time ..... so we moved to plan B and went to the garden centre instead but not before we'd had a walk round the park.

Out for an early meal tonight with L and our nieces. C had come through from Edinburgh for a specialist training for Alzheimer's Scotland and H goes back on nursing night duty tomorrow. Good to have time to chat with these two young people.
