Eggs

Today's eggs collected from my "girls".
What to do with them? I have very few customers and cannot give them away. I don't think people eat many eggs these days.

I shall make a roasted vegetable and herb omelette accompanied by freshly picked lettuce and rocket. Almost self sufficient, but not totally, as the veggies are from the supermarket.
