Fam vacay - day 4

Heading home around noon the last day, I didn't have much of a chance to take pictures at the rental house as we were cleaning and packing up to go.  A beautiful hot sunny day made for a gorgeous drive home along the Sea-to-Sky highway from Whistler to Vancouver.  We were treated to beautiful ocean vistas, soaring mountains, dramatic waterfalls and bustling small communities along the way.  Once through Vancouver, it's another good hours drive before arriving home, depending on traffic.

This image is of the Port Mann Bridge a 10 lane cable-stayed bridge that opened in 2012.  It is currently the second longest cable-stayed bridge in North America and was the widest bridge in the world until the opening of the Bay Bridge in California in 2013.  It spans the Fraser River connecting Coquitlam to Surrey in British Columbia (near Vancouver).
