Me and my shadow

I headed off for an early morning walk this morning but decided against taking my camera. When I came back I set about trimming (hacking away at!!!) the hedge, potting up my stocks and doing some garden strimming. 
After a  leisurely lunch I decided to make up my 10,000 steps by heading to Normanby Park for a late afternoon walk. Sis decided to come too and she rang my aunt who also joined us for the ride :-)
Lots of butterflies about. Spent a few minutes watching a Speckledwood butterfly chasing off this Red Admiral. Eventually it settled in the sun and loved the way it cast a perfect shadow in the shot too :-)
