The Bridge Is Open

Todays mission was to go to the Harry Potter Studio Tour and we accomplished that mission, it only took an 2 underground journeys, 1 train ride and a shuttle bus to get us there.

Harry Potter is one of the four geek franchises that we share so today was always going to be good but we didn't realise just how amazing it would actually be! Getting to see all the sets, costumes, props etc together was simply brilliant but the icing on the cake was when we saw that they had opened the Hogwarts Bridge to the public (the last time I was here they had it closed off behind a barrier for some unknown reason). Needless to say that was the first thing we ran to (after a cup of the infamous butterbeer; Samantha liked it, me not so much)

Both of us getting to walk across the Hogwarts Bridge was definitely the highlight to the day for me.
