The Dizzle seemed to think this was amusing. In fact he was in ecstacy at the idea. I didn't think it was that funny, but a good crack as the Irish say. Mind you he does look a bit of a dope. Earlier he was singing his sister's praises, because she decided to make a chocolate cake at ten o'clock last night. I think she is his heroine. Personally I don't do drugs, some people think I'm a bit of a weed but I prefer a healthy lifestyle. The cats only comment on all this is Meow-Meow but what else would you expect them to say? They are out of their whiskers on catnip ...

I'll stick with the steroids and the odd white wine spritzer.

Nothing much to say about today. Got out of the office, did quite well at a select committee grilling, had coffee with a colleague and a nice catch up, bumped into people that I worked with nearly twenty years ago, and enjoyed driving in the sun. Worked late at home but by then quite mellow.

Now for a bit of chillin' ... without any help from chemicals ...
