Bontanical gardens

Palermo is so much nicer than I remember. We have had an interesting walk around the city today, seen a lot of historical buildings and places if interest. The botanical gardens were worth a visit. We had a walk along the sea front too. Highlight of the day was the brioche chocolate icecream with cream ( I have been wanting one for about the last 30 years since I last had one!)
I have been practicing my Italian too and usually have been making g myself understood.
