Cragside...

...house and rock garden.

Another very enjoyable, action-packed day, that started off with one of MrM's big breakfasts. Then a walk on Weetwood Moor with Louie. We all walked up the track, and while MrM and Louie went back the same way, Tom and I walked past Coldmartin Lough and over the moor to the car.

Back home to settle Louie before the rest of us set off for Cragside - MrM and I have been talking about going there ever since we moved to Wooler. We flinched a bit at the cost of entry, but it was worth every penny! The house was interesting and beautiful, and the grounds magical - we'll be going back to explore them further.

Back home in time to give Louie his tea at the appointed hour, and then an early evening walk on Wooler Common before going out for a meal at Milan. What a day!
