Over the Hill

I had a very unproductive morning, but I felt quite tired today, I don't know why.  All I did was nip to Asda at the marina, came home had lunch and then it was time to go to work.  I got the bus into town and nipped to Marks and Spencer and then caught another bus to work.

I was busy at work until about 6pm and then it goes quiet for the last couple of hours, but I like my late reception shift.

It was grey and cold this morning but it cleared and has been sunny all afternoon, so I asked Alan to bring my camera with him when he came to pick me up, in the hope of getting the sunset.  We parked up at a high point in Saltdean, but we were about half an hour too early, it was quite chilly and Alan only had a tee-shirt on, so we decided not to hang around.  Instead, you have the view looking down over Saltdean to the sea - the big building to the left is Grand Ocean which is a complex of apartments. It used to be the Butlins hotel and the main part is the original building, with the rear being new, but designed on how it used to be.

Anyway, it's nearly 10pm and I need to go and pack as I'm heading North after work tomorrow, for a couple of days with my girls.  Bye for now!
