Ideas...

One after another...

It's taken me a while to get an idea of how my new job and role will work.

Today the eureka moment came!

I knew it would, it just took a little but longer than I wanted.

Ideas a plenty!

I now know what I wanna do, I now know where I wanna take my kids, and I now know where the school needs to go in order to improve.

The future it bright and it's full of ideas...
