A Tale Of Two (or 3) Cities

You have to understand, this Blipmate and I have met a couple of times but there have been numerous occasions where he has been planning to visit and I have been off doing something else!

Well he noticed that I was blipping the birds at Bempton and assumed I would still be there as he travelled between Sheffield and Edinburgh. He would liked to have called in with his wife to our studio which is only 30 seconds off the A66 and M6J40. I told him I was home and asked when they would be calling in and heard nothing back.

Today I'd been working quite hard on the computer and, with nothing better to do, fancied a trip up to the garden centres in Carlisle for our May allocation of free coffee When I got back there was a message waiting. He had bad internet and had tried his best to contact me but instead had stopped in Carlisle for coffee.

"Ah", we could have met up in a garden centre. We were in 2 of them!"
"Don't tell me you were in Dobbies at around 3pm."
"Wait while I check the exif on my shots."
"Your joking!"
