Mother and child

A few Wood Pigeons have found a way to hang onto the tray under my sunflower heart feeder and raid it. One of them had its chick with it today and they were having a rest on the wall outside my kitchen before flying off.

Today was one of those days. There was nothing on my courtyard to blip. Nothing at the park - no Heron, no butterflies and no other insects. Although there were a few sunny spells, the light was rather poor as well. I almost had to use a photo of one of my pet birds for today's entry if I hadn't managed to do some editing with this shot taken through the kitchen window. I'm sure though that you will get to meet my birds at some point. :)
