Jake & Humphreys Bistro

The Bistro was closed but they were enjoying drinks on the front porch.   Are you guys Jake & Humphrey I wondered?  No we just work here.  So who are Jake & Humphrey?  Come inside and I will show you said the blue shirt.  So we went inside and he showed me a stained glass hanging with two cats - one black and one white.  There's Jake & Humphrey.  Is the food good here?  Yes, we are told that it is.  So who owns the bistro?  I do said the blue shirt.  I told him I would like to come back & check it out.
