Cheep

I'm feeling a little out of sorts today, there are various reasons but the main one ois not being able to stop the littlest monkey from being ostrasized & left out by those she thought were friends. She seems to be dealing with it ok, but it's making me furious. It also makes me doubt my mum skills - all I can do is reassure, give plenty of hugs and tell her I love her.

Anyway, before I start getting too maudlin, well on here anyway, today I spent mostly doing housework. That was this morning. I got all but 3 jobs crossed off the weekly chore list, so it's not too bad. Then Jen turned up and she took me for a wander round Catfield Hall, her place of employ when she's not off being a ne'er do well uni student ;o) What a beautiful place! They breed rare breeds of sheep, horses and cows including some ponies that are born black but as they grow up turn white! I also got to hold a chick - so adorable!! This is the blip for today - those are Jen's hands holding him.
