Food Waste

The kitchen at our work started a campaign to reduce food waste. This container shows the 20 kg we waste every day. They want us to reduce it with 20%, which is not much, but after a week, there is not much improvement. I am shocked because it is a buffet, so everybody should be able to take exactly what they eat. What is wrong with people?
