Yester-night

When referring to something that he did the previous night, the wee man coined a new phrase – “Yester-night”.  I like it son.  It makes total sense to me too.
 
I also noticed that the wee man was beginning to count silently in his head.  He often counts items that are displayed in front of him quietly, pronouncing the total once he’s totted them up but today he paced across the room, counting his steps in his head before exclaiming that the room was 15 paces long.  I’m sure that’s a significant milestone of some sort.
