Leisurely Way

An improvement in the weather today, so got a chance to go for a walk with friends down the Wye Valley.  It’s a beautiful walk, saw plenty of swans, Canadian geese, sheep and lambs, a leaping salmon and plenty of beautiful birdsong.

A lovely lunch in the Boat, it’s a great little pub and great food.  I had curry, which I know may seem odd on such a warm day but it’s a damn good curry.

Saw these guys canoeing down the Wye as we left, I’d love to have a go at that.  It seems a nice leisurely way to spend a day.
