What happened to the summer?

Dull, damp and cold today ...... a good day for travelling back to Glasgow.

L and I had some bits of shopping to do so we went home via St Andrews. Walking down South Street I spotted this lovely Chinese (?) girl wearing the most incredible woolly hat. I asked if I might take her picture along with her two friends who were also wearing woolly hats. They were so willing to pose and share their lovely smiles.

We made a quick visit to the Botanic Gardens after our supermarket shop. I went down to the pond hoping to see the heron .... no joy there but I did spot a fellow photographer wearing the most visible of vivid red raincoats.

It's certainly warmer here in Glasgow but it's still very damp.
