It's not Everest but ...

... it has a few climbs!  This morning I set my treadmill at 10km/hour and upped the gradient for 2km and then back down to mimic the Severn Bridge 10km.  I think some Kendal Mint Cake would be good at the end!  According to the back of the tin it was the first mint cake successfully carried to the summit on the 29th May 1953, 64 years ago today.  Romney's were asked to supply within 7 days and luckily they had enough stock, and the staff gave up their sweet ration coupons to comply with the law.

Our team of 7 are making progress and are at location 7.

A fairly dull bank holiday with just a bit of late sunshine and a rainbow to brighten things up.
