Vitality London 10k

Great morning running through Central London, although it was very humid.
Pleased with my time, 49:17, which is my fastest 10k for 5 years....I guess I just wanted it over and done with.
Afterwards met up, for the first time, with the lovely Rachel Saunders, a fellow blipper, a Strava friend, a Facebook, Snapchat and Instagram friend.
She was easy to spot, as she had her own banner with her initials on, which can be seen just over her shoulder.
