Bashing the Piñata

This so-called harmless party game was supposed to have happened during Emma's party on Saturday afternoon but the rain intervened and there did not anywhere safe indoors to hang up the Piñata. However, her uncle travelled over on Sunday afternoon to see her and wish her happy birthday so this seemed an ideal time to let the girls bash to piñata to destruction and release the packets of sweeties stored inside. Justine had earlier said she wanted to go in the sea ( brrrrrr! ) so her dad took her down to the Bridge to Nowhere where she paddled and that's why she was still insisting on keeping her swimming costume on.
