Stripes

We were promised heavy rain this afternoon and once again it didn't arrive, just a sprinkling this evening. We did some tidying in the garden this morning and I worked on the next quarter of our group's walk programme this afternoon. This is a bee and a geranium. I read today that bees like purple flowers. My husband has just told me that it is raining with enthusiasm now, about time.
