people of a certain age will remember the Yellow Pages advert of the elderly gentleman searching for a copy of his book..
Up reasonably early to drive to Dovedale. Walked over the famous stepping stones, carried on along the riverside spotting Dippers, Yellow Wagtails, Moorhens, masses of wild garlic, swimming dogs and two guys fly-fishing. Not sure if they caught anything.
Sarnies and tea and then returned back to the car park....very pleasant 6 miles.
