Riding lesson
Mary having a lesson with her mum. She was practising her rising trot today. Alex had a little ride to take his mind off his poorly knee that he'd just hurt by falling off his bike.
Before this, Sav and I had both had health checks ( as requested by the insurance company ), then breakfasted out as we had been told to fast from the night before.
I dropped Sav off at home and went to help Emma with her two horses at a show. The weather turned very windy and drizzled with rain towards the end of the afternoon. Luckily it was a bit better for Jack's two classes, and he won a 4th rosette in the second class. He did ok in the first, but Emma forgot where the 12th fence was, which affected their time! Nelson was in a bit of a mood for being left on his own and then being denied some ' Kitkat' that I was eating! He knows what to do and didn't think Emma needed to participate, just keep up! Anyway, he went in, whizzed round and won, so I guess he was right!
Back to the farm where the drizzle cleared up, but the wind persisted. Mary didn't give up though and enjoyed her little lesson.
