Advanced decision

Visited Mum in hospital. She is very weak and confused and as poorly as I've ever seen her. She can't stand up.

Sarah and Dad have found a suitable nearby nursing (as opposed to residential) home so we filled in the application form today. We also sorted his tablets and had a bit of a cry.

Finally he needed help to scan in and send these advance decision documents off for Mum. Things have really taken such a downward turn in the last month and are pretty tough ATM.
