Tarn Hows

My husband and I are spending a few days in Kendal. Our drive down yesterday was interesting as the rain was so torrential on the motorway that cars were stopping on the hard shoulder!

In contrast, today's weather was perfect for walking. We walked around Tarn Hows then went to Coniston where we had a huge pub meal in the Crown Inn.
