Ted's Friends Food Choices!

A wet day today so an inside blip of the recipe books my other half works from.

He loves food and cooking but the slimming world book is the one he has been working from for the last 3 years. He lost over 2 stone and has kept it off. He keeps going because it keeps him motivated, besides having his own little harem as most of the people who go are women. He will be there tonight.

Ted doesn't need to go as he doesn't have a problem with his weight.
