Let's Rock Shrewsbury

Fabulous day yesterday at the Let's Rock Shrewsbury 80's revival tour.
Opening proceedings was the amazingly fabulous Tony Hadley. Seen him many times and that voice still sends shivers up my spine!

I was a long way back (see extra) so photo was taken at the full 700x zoom on my Sony Cyber Shot, so not too bad considering.
Also on the bill were The Real Thing, ABC, Heaven 17 and the ever wonderful Nick Heyward (used to have such a crush!). Plus many more. An amazing day.

Didn't unfortunately stay until the end as I was suffering from the most horrendous sunburn. Had a gorgeous day in Criccieth on Friday and spent a lot of time padding. Of course this washed off my sun lotion and the water intensified the sun and my ankles and calves are now scarlet and agony!

Only sunbathed properly for a short while removing as many layers as was possible whilst maintaining a modicum of decency. Think I came close but as there have been no accusations of indecent exposure so far, I think I was ok!
