Waiting

Its the East Devon Carnival season at the moment and its our turn to have the fair here for a week.

The bumper cars sit quietly waiting for 6.30pm when crowds of young people will descend here to enjoy our yearly treat of rides, hot dogs, candy floss and loud music.

On Saturday evening the town will be crowded for the parade of the illuminated floats from all around the area and we will be there with luck. Come Sunday it all moves on to the next town and this will return to its normal use as a car park. Not half as much fun!
