Celebrating shadows

There's scaffolding up on a house just down the narrow street from ours and it doesn't please me at all because the noise of the generator and power tools being used to renovate the façade disturbs my work and my siesta. But I was pleased to see this scaffolding and its criss-crossing shadow and lines in another village when I was out this morning.
