No smoking allowed?

I saw the ferry worker watering the plants and took a quick shot to tag as #peopleatwork.  I don't usually think of watering plants as part of the job description for ferry workers.  When I uploaded the shot, it looked like she was directing the spray at the mystery man on the dock who was smoking.  Bonus - can tag this for my mystery man series too.  I included the original as an extra.
