Storm clouds gathering....

After the heat of the past few days, Cumbria is forecast some exciting thunderstorms for later today. The Met Office is warning of torrential rain, hail and frequent lightning. This is my view down the Lorton valley at 3pm. It's now 5.30pm, the rain has arrived and the view has disappeared. I'm looking forward to the lightning!
