Elder Range at sunset

This was taken at the end of the first full day at Wilpena. I went with my friend Phil (who joined blip today - 13 September - see pdg) for a break, being a tourist and taking landscape and nature photos. Late in the afternoon we parked the car and walked for a while along the Heysen Trail through Black Gap and halfway up the western walls of Wilpena Pound. I did a lot of puffing. Phil sets a cracking pace, even when he is slowing down for me. But the view was great.
