As one door closes...

... another opens.

Completed the sale of my flat today and handed the keys in for the new owner. I hope he will be very happy there.

I've lived there for almost ten years and one of the things I liked best about it was the big, broad storm door which always impressed visitors and made the place feel fantastically safe.

Onwards and upwards now as we work on completing the sale of Karen's flat and our house purchase.

In the evening went with my folks to my niece's dance show. She was wonderful as always. I have a feeling I know where that grace and class and sass came from that she shows on the dance floor. Her mum would be so proud.
