Ear wigging

I've got a rubbish phone signal in my hotel room, so ended up making phone calls in the car park. This little lot were ear wigging! Pffffttttt! No privacy anywhere!

Went to Preston today and saw a herd of cyclists making their way out and on towards Blackpool to see the Tour of Britain. Is that the right plural for cyclists?
