John Knox

The statue of John Knox stands large over the Quadrangle of New College, part of the University of Edinburgh, and where the Assembly Hall is situated. We would pass this every morning as we arrived for the day's business.

The banners are those of the different presbyteries of the Church of Scotland and they also lined the Quadrangle, providing a rather brighter touch to our mornings' arrivals!
