Back Blip

My mum slept until 8.40 and felt so much better when she got up. After breakfast, she agreed to go for a drive, so I took her over to Rudyard Lake and the steam railway. 

We had coffee and a hot cross bun, then boarded the train, sitting in the front carriage like excited children. It chuffed its way along the side of the lake and it was great to see my mum enjoying herself and doing something normal. It's been too long.
