St. Malo steeple!
Another view from the house we are in. This time looking to the left towards St. Malo. This is a beautiful walled town which was very badly damaged during the last war. The church steeple remained ! I think it may well have been redone since. The rest was rebuilt to look just like the town that was. Lots of little streets winding up and down. It has a fascinating history.
We were late in the market but bought the veg, cheese and crème fraîche we wanted and steak haché! The butcher has a machine through which he puts a huge chunk of steak while you watch and it comes out as a burger!
The afternoon was spent on the beach with the two children while Ro, not keen on beach time did a load more shopping.
Home for lots of drinks of water then our steak haché, beautiful little potatoes, brocalli and red wine Shallots and parsley figured along with the crème fraîche in the sauce, as well as a salad of tomatoes.
It's very late and they are all asleep! No wifi upstairs! Commenting is to be erratic while we are away! Night night folks!
