Rain rain go away....

Our iconic golf course has very high water levels. The Canadian Open starts at Glen Abbey on July 23 with a 5k run through the course on the 22nd. I am hoping to participate in the run, provided my hip improves (no running since March). Toronto Island is North America's largest urban car free living area and it is slowly being covered by water/lake Ontario. It poured all day yesterday and more is heading our way. As i was off today i found a gap between light showers and went for a 1 hr ride on the road bike in preparation for the 75 k Becel Heart & Stroke fundraiser next weekend.
