Happy Holiday!

It's the Spring Bank Holiday and a week off school so what better way to treat myself than with a take away cuppa on a beautiful, beautiful day.

I have enjoyed the day at school - really have. The children designed their own fidget spinner, after a week spent using the craze as a writing stimulus. They then wrote a description of their spinner which was some of the best writing they've done all year! This was followed by the usual Friday maths and spelling tests, and of course show and tell. However, this afternoon as a sunny afternoon treat we went up to the Wildlife Garden where they enjoyed a chunk of rocky road whilst colouring and reading. A real pleasure today.

My holidays began with a swift haircut which is always a treat and my take away from Keelham Farm Shop, as photographed. I enjoyed sitting in a field whilst chatting to my sister before strolling along the country lanes, chatting to my Mum. Perfect!
