My new car and caravan

My new car and caravan...only joking.  We spotted this outfit in Saint Céré today.  We were on our way to buy geraniums, a trip that marks another milestone in the journey into our French summer. Later, whilst sipping rosé on the rear patio, we noticed that a chaffinch appreciated our choice of plants.  He kept chirping, "cheep, cheep, cheep, cheep, geranium, cheep, cheep, cheep, cheep, geranium.  Once you put words to a line of birdsong, you can't hear them sing anything else.
