Sunshine all the Way

Stayed over at my friends again last night so it was mid morning by the time l got home.
Went to Simply Foods for quite a big shop and some items to make a quick picnic.
We took it to another sports day, this time to watch Verity and was both pleased and proud to see her come second in the 800m, third in the 100 and 200m sprints and first in the long jump!
Quiet night in and up early in the morning to go to our place in Wales.
Forecast isn't too good though.
