Summer in the city...

The hottest day of the year so far. So naturally I spent most of it indoors at a conference...

Fortunately it was a superb one. Fabulous speakers and topics - I left inspired and challenged - always a good combo.

Caught the last of the blue skies towards the end of the day. With extra joy at getting news awaited for all day with trepidation of one of my very favourite people coming through major surgery without incident. A long road to go yet but an anxiety-inducing hurdle crossed. A rainbow in that sky x
