Local adventures

A morning bike ride (views including 4000m peaks Grand Combin,  Matterhorn, Gran Paradiso and Grand Jorasse) was followed by lunch on the balcony and a walk at the head of the valley. We saw not a soul, spotted orchids, crossed streams and savoured every moment.
