"Last One To Leave Is A Sissy"

Even as I was watching this cluster of little baby garden orb weaver spiders, it got smaller and smaller, as one by one the little critters set off to begin a life web building and fly-catching ...

But, of course, life as an orb weaver is not always as dull and repetitive as it may seem. They do, for instance, have hours of fun during the night, strategically placing their webs across the garden path, then having a good laugh at my expense first thing in the morning when I get totally tangled in their webbing ... :o)
