All The Fun Of The Fair.

On my way to the hairdressers on Tuesday I saw the lorries and caravans arriving to set up a funfair.  So on the way back form the craft shop this afternoon I took a detour, thinking it would make a suitable subject for this weeks Abstract Thursday with the theme of Fun or Celebration, this being the 100th week of AT.  It was good to focus on the lighter side of life after the sadness of the past few days.
I chose this shot of what I would call the Waltzers, but I think is called the Teacups nowadays.  I have given it a bit of a ripple effect in Serif Photo Plus, as this shows how I used to feel after I had finished the ride.  There always seemed to be some enterprising young man who enjoyed spinning us faster just to hear us scream.  Those were the days.
