I had another great day today. We went for a long run round Stanley Park, getting back just in time to go to the Lamplighter Bar where, in the company of the Manchester United Vancouver Supporters Club, we watched the team beat Ajax 2-0 in the Europa League final: a brilliant atmosphere. After an excellent afternoon at the conference, we went for a walk on the beach, met a colleague and chatted as the sun went down.
