Rainy Market Day

Stopped for coffee in Newark today on our way back - I used to live there so it was strange going back. The market square looks just the same - and how come it always seems to rain on market day?

Quite a few changes in the town, some new housing developments, big new Asda, a cinema even! Plus lots of coffee shops, mostly small independents as well as Starbucks and Costa. We went into one of the independents to start with but after being ignored comprehensively by 3 separate members of staff, Starbucks got our money instead.
