This clearly is not Biarritz, or any bit of France, or indeed any bit of Basque Spain but with some luck I'll be getting up at 4.30ish in the morning to go there. Haen't been in that part of the world since a mad 21-year old trip, wide-eyed in amazement at the cheap wine in cartons.

This is Kerrera with Mull in the background, from the Corran esplanade in Oban.

Early start to get to Oban, then onwards to Ardrishaig and back to Edinburgh. Stunning day - everything looked mighty lovely.

Must run to bed.
